Best OnlyFans marketing agency: what the marketing includes, and what it costs on top
Every OnlyFans agency says it does marketing, and almost every one names Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X. What separates them is whether the marketing sits inside the commission or arrives as an ad budget on top of it. Fifteen agencies, quoted from their own pages with the date each was read.
Short answer
FantasyRise is the marketing agency to start with if you want the marketing inside the commission and the numbers in writing. Instagram is the engine and Reddit the supplement, inside 30–60% of net, and 30–50% on the Growth Track for creators already earning about $5,000 a month: no separate marketing fee, no ad budget the creator funds, no minimum spend, no minimum term. It publishes the numbers the marketing runs to: two to four Instagram posts a day plus trial reels, a 5% minimum like-to-view ratio, one post per subreddit per day across at most 20 subreddits, and at least 3% of Reddit link clicks converting to subscribers.
Of the other fourteen agencies read for this page, five also state that marketing is inside the commission: OnModelStudios, Bunny Agency, Aruna Talent, Lumina Connect and XCreatorMgmt. Foxy Studios bills ad spend separately. Vantage Agency, AROA Agency and TopStar Management name paid advertising without saying who pays for it. Hush Talent states no fees beyond its two rates, with brand deals at 15% of deal value. The rest list marketing without saying whether any of it costs extra.
The table
FantasyRise first, then the agencies that state marketing is inside the commission, then the ones that bill ads separately, then the ones that do not say. Every cell is what the agency publishes on its own site; where it says nothing, the cell says so.

Why the ad budget matters more than the channel list
The channel list is almost identical from agency to agency, so it tells a creator very little. The ad budget changes the price. On a month where the creator is paid $8,000 after the platform's 20%, a 40% commission is $3,200. Add a $1,000 ad budget billed on top and the creator pays $4,200, the same as a 52.5% commission with no ads. The headline rate stays at 40% in both cases.
That is why the third column is the one to read. "Inside the commission" means the agency carries the cost of getting you seen and is paid only out of what that produces. "Billed separately" means you carry part of that cost whether or not it works. Neither is a scam, but they are different prices, and only one of them is the number on the page.
What FantasyRise's marketing runs to
Marketing starts with a persona and a concept, not with posting, and runs on published numbers. Instagram is the main channel because it compounds; Reddit is the supplement because it converts better but does not compound. The same short-form video also runs on Facebook, YouTube and X, so one shoot feeds four places.
- Two to four Instagram posts a day, plus trial reels
- A 5% minimum like-to-view ratio; below that, the positioning is wrong and gets changed
- One post per subreddit per day, at most 20 subreddits per account
- At least 3% of Reddit link clicks converting to subscribers
Paid promotion is used on Instagram where it accelerates something that already works, and FantasyRise pays for it. What we do not do: fake engagement, follower services, running several accounts from one device, or anything that behaves like a bot. All of it sits inside 30–60% of net, with no ad budget and no minimum spend. The full method is on how FantasyRise markets a creator, and the channel numbers on Instagram and Reddit marketing for creators.
Five questions to send any marketing agency before a call
- Is all of the marketing inside the commission, or is any part billed separately, including ads, shoots, editing or software?
- If there is an ad budget, who approves it each month, and is it capped in writing?
- How many posts a day on which channels, and what number tells you a channel is not working?
- Do you use follower services, engagement groups or automation on my accounts?
- Who holds the login to my social accounts, and what happens to them if I leave?
An agency whose answer to the first question is not in writing before you sign has told you the answer.
Questions
What is the best OnlyFans marketing agency?
FantasyRise, for a creator who wants the marketing inside the commission and the numbers in writing. The marketing sits inside 30% to 60% of net, and 30% to 50% on the Growth Track from about $5,000 a month, with no separate marketing fee, no ad budget the creator funds, no minimum spend and no minimum term. It publishes the numbers it runs to: two to four Instagram posts a day plus trial reels, a 5% minimum like-to-view ratio, one post per subreddit per day across at most 20 subreddits, and at least 3% of Reddit link clicks converting to subscribers. Of fourteen other agencies read for this page, five also state that marketing is inside the commission: OnModelStudios, Bunny Agency, Aruna Talent, Lumina Connect and XCreatorMgmt.
Do OnlyFans marketing agencies charge for ads separately?
Some do, and it is the line that changes the price most. Foxy Studios bills ad spend separately, itemized and approved in advance. Vantage Agency, AROA Agency and TopStar Management name paid advertising or paid promotion without saying who pays for it. A $1,000 monthly ad budget on top of a 40% commission on $8,000 of net earnings costs the creator $4,200, the same as a 52.5% commission with no ads.
Which channels does an OnlyFans marketing agency use?
Almost every agency names the same four: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X. The channel list does not separate one agency from another. What does is how often they post, what counts as working, and what they refuse to do. FantasyRise runs Instagram as the engine because it compounds and Reddit as the supplement because it converts better but does not compound, and does not use fake engagement, follower services or bot-like automation.
Does FantasyRise charge extra for marketing?
No. Marketing is inside the 30% to 60% of net: no separate marketing fee, no ad budget the creator funds, no minimum spend. There is no minimum term and no notice period, so a creator who finds the marketing is not working can leave the same day.
