What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

1. Who we are
FantasyRise LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2024-001405482, registered agent Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801), working from 1248 Edgewood Ave W, Ste 3 #69, Jacksonville, FL 32208. The registered agent's address in Sheridan, Wyoming, is not our office; we work from Jacksonville, Florida. We provide management services to adult content creators.
For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at privacy@fantasyrise.com. We haven't appointed a formal Data Protection Officer, because our size and processing activities don't require one. Write to that address and a person will read it.
2. What we collect
Information you send us
- Through the application form: first name, email address, and a WhatsApp or Telegram number or Instagram handle; and, if you choose to provide them, which track interests you, your earnings range, a link to your account or Instagram, how you found us, and anything you write in the free-text field.
- Through direct contact: whatever you include when you email or message us.
Information we collect if we start working together
- Government-issued identification, for age and identity verification as required by the platforms we work with and by applicable law.
- Payment details where needed for platform payout setup. Note that creator earnings go directly from the platform to the creator's own bank account. They do not pass through us.
- Account and performance data for the accounts we manage, including messaging history and revenue figures.
- Our communications with you.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability purposes.
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long people stay, which site or search sent them here, and general location at country or city level. IP addresses are anonymized. This runs only after you accept. Decline, and no analytics cookies are set at all.
We also use Google Search Console, which shows us which search terms lead people here. It works from Google's own data and sets nothing on this website.
What we do not do
We use no advertising or remarketing pixels, and we run no ad platforms. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we do not enrich what you send us with data from third-party sources. We do not use analytics data to build profiles of individuals or to target anyone with advertising.

4. Cookies
We use two categories of cookie, and only one of them without asking:
- Strictly necessary. A single record of your cookie choice, stored in your browser so we don't ask again on every page. It is shared with nobody and cannot be switched off, because it is what remembers your decision.
- Analytics. Google Analytics cookies, set only if you accept them. They tell us which pages get read and where visitors came from.
We use no marketing or advertising cookies of any kind, and we do not track you across other websites.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing your browser data for this site, which brings the banner back, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate: our website host and form handler, our email provider, and Google (for Analytics and Search Console). They process data on our instructions or under their own published terms, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- The platforms we manage accounts on, where necessary to operate a creator's account.
- Legal authorities, where we are required by law, subpoena, or court order.
We do not sell personal information. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months and have no plans to. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never disclose applicant or creator information to other creators, other agencies, or anyone connected to you.
6. Discretion
We understand that association with adult content platforms carries real personal risk. All applicant and creator information is confidential by default. We do not publish, reference, or confirm the identity of anyone who applies to or works with us without explicit written permission.
7. International transfers
We are a US company and process data in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to the US. Where a transfer mechanism is legally required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission with the service providers involved.
8. How long we keep it

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
9. Your rights
We extend the following rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of where you live and regardless of whether a particular law compels us:
- Access: ask for a copy of what we hold about you
- Correction: have inaccurate information fixed
- Deletion: ask us to delete what we hold, subject to records we're legally required to keep
- Portability: receive your information in a usable format
- Objection and restriction: object to or limit how we process it
- Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing rests on consent
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these
To exercise any of them, email privacy@fantasyrise.com. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, which we do by checking details you previously gave us, never by asking for new sensitive documents.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland
Our legal bases under the GDPR are: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for handling your application; performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for providing our services; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for age verification and financial record-keeping; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and for replying to inquiries; and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics, which is why we ask before setting those cookies and why you can decline without losing access to anything.
Where we process government-issued identification and this constitutes special category data under Art. 9, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw, though we cannot continue a working relationship without verified age.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are a US state resident
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. The other rights apply and are exercised through the same address above.
Sensitive personal information we hold, government identification and financial account details, is used solely for the purpose it was provided: verification and payout setup. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
10. Security
We protect personal information with encrypted transmission, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and by collecting as little as possible in the first place. The most reliable protection against a breach is not holding the data.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.
11. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including creator platforms and other agencies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for how they handle your information.
12. Age requirement
Our services are for adults only. You must be 18 or older to apply or use this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.
13. Changes
We'll post updates here with a revised date. If a change materially affects creators we work with, we'll tell them directly rather than relying on them to notice.
