FantasyOnlyFans alternatives: eleven platforms compared on what a creator actually keeps
Almost every alternative takes the same 20% as OnlyFans, so the fee is the least useful column. What differs is when you get paid, how much has to pile up before you do, whether explicit content is allowed at all, who finds you on the platform, and who eats a chargeback. Here are all of those, read from the platforms' own help centers and terms on 24 September 2026.
Short answer
For a creator with explicit content, Fansly is the closest alternative to OnlyFans, and Fanvue is second. Both pay 80%, hold each sale for 7 days, and pay out from $20 on request. Fansly's For You Page recommends posts to fans who do not follow you yet, which OnlyFans does not do; Fanvue pays 85% for the first month and has no PayPal. LoyalFans (80%, twice a month, from $50) adds paid calls, cam and a clip store on one page. ManyVids and FanCentro are the two with a store that sells single clips to visitors who never subscribe, at 60% and 80% respectively. MYM is the French-market option and pays roughly 69% on subscriptions after its bank charge. Passes and Fanfix do not allow explicit content, and Patreon allows it only behind a paywall with no search, so for most OnlyFans creators those three are not alternatives at all.
None of them has OnlyFans' audience. OnlyFans' audited accounts report 377.5 million fan accounts and $7.22 billion of fan payments in the year to 30 November 2024; the largest figures any alternative publishes are Fanvue's 200,000 creators and $500 million paid out, and ManyVids' 100,000 active creators. Money: the share, when it pays, and how much has to pile up first
The share is the same 80% on seven of the eleven. The rows that decide the choice are the other three: a creator on FanCentro waits for $100 and a monthly run, a creator on Sheer for $300, and a creator on Fansly can ask for $20 the week after a sale. What $10,000 of fan spend pays out on each platform
The same month, the same fans, the same content. Fan spend split the way it splits on FantasyRise accounts: 10% subscriptions, 15% tips, 75% messages and unlocks. Where a platform pays different shares on different lines, the figure is the weighted result.

Patreon is left out because it has no messages or tips to weight: on memberships alone, $10,000 in $10 payments pays out about $8,400 after its 10% and its processing fees. Fanvue's first month pays $8,500. The 20% VAT in the MYM row is the rate in MYM's own worked example; the creator's own country sets the real one.
The table says what the fee column cannot: on this revenue mix, ManyVids pays $1,500 a month less than the flat-rate platforms, because three quarters of the money arrives through messages and ManyVids keeps 40% of those. A creator whose revenue is mostly club subscriptions and customs would see 80% there too. MYM's bank charge costs about $2,700 a month against the flat-rate group. Everything else is within $150 of everything else, which is why the fee is the wrong place to start.

What lands, before any agency, sorted
Tips are held at 15% of spend and the rest is split between subscriptions and messages by the second slider. Fanvue is shown at its standard 80%. Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere.
Reach and rules: adult content, discovery, manager access, chargebacks
This is the table the fee comparisons leave out, and it removes three platforms from the list before the money is even counted.

Which one, by what you already have
A working OnlyFans and traffic of your own: Fansly. Same content, same 80%, a second audience that prefers that platform, and Management Sessions so whoever helps you never holds the password. It is the platform FantasyRise adds first.
No following yet: still not an alternative platform, but if you must choose one for its own discovery, Fansly's For You Page is the only feed on this list that pushes a post to fans who do not follow you. Fanvue's Discover page is randomized and its search is by name. The audience that decides is built on Instagram and TikTok either way, which is worked out on where the first 100 subscribers come from.
A library of finished clips: FanCentro or ManyVids, because both sell single clips to visitors who never subscribe. FanCentro pays 80% but once a month from $100; ManyVids pays weekly from $50 but keeps 40% on clips. On $1,000 of clip sales that is $800 next month against $600 next Wednesday.
Calls, cam and customs as the main product: LoyalFans, which prices calls and private shows per minute, sells custom shout-outs with a nude tier, and has the friendliest chargeback clause on the list. Paid twice a month from $50.
French or European fans: MYM, in euros, from 50 euros, with fraud insurance to 1% of turnover, at a lower share than everyone else once the 7% bank charge is counted.
Male or LGBTQ+ audience: JustForFans, at 80% or 85% in its exclusive program, weekly from $50, with a category browse built around it.
Safe-for-work content only: Passes, Fanfix or Patreon. If your content is explicit, none of the three is a place to move to, whatever a comparison table says about their fees.
Three things the fee tables get wrong
The 80% is the same, the hold is not
Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, FanCentro, JustForFans and Fanfix all pay 80%. Fansly and Fanvue then let you ask for the money seven days after the sale. LoyalFans pays it on two dates a month, ManyVids on Wednesdays, FanCentro in the first week of the next month if you have reached $100, and Sheer on one day a month if you have reached $300. On a $2,000 month the difference between FanCentro and Fansly is not a dollar of fee; it is three to six weeks of waiting.
"Chargeback protection" means three different things
Fansly's application page promises it and Fansly's terms allow a chargeback to be deducted from earnings. LoyalFans deducts only chargebacks it judges valid and excludes fraud and platform errors in writing. MYM insures fraudulent payments up to 1% of everything you have ever sold there. Fanvue deducts and, above a 1.5% dispute rate in any 30 days, charges $50 for each further dispute. The clause is worth reading before the fee.
A second platform is not a second commission
At FantasyRise a creator's Fansly, Fanvue or FanCentro page sits under the same commission as her OnlyFans account, 30% to 60% of net with the Growth Track at 30% to 50% from about $5,000 a month, and the login stays hers on every platform.
