Ten agencies, and what each one publishes about who holds the credentials. One of the ten states it in its terms rather than in marketing copy. Every quote below is from the agency's own page, with the URL and the date it was read.
Short answer
Four agencies publish something specific about the account login: FantasyRise, BeaconOFM, OnModelStudios and Mangova. The first three say the creator keeps it. Mangova says the opposite, in one sentence: "We only require your credentials once to securely connect your account to our CRM."
One of the ten states it in its terms. That one is FantasyRise: "Creators retain full ownership of their content and sole possession of their account credentials at all times." The others that say it say it on a homepage or in an FAQ, which is marketing copy and is changed without notice. Where the sentence sits matters more than how good it sounds.
The remaining six say nothing at all. That is the industry norm: on six of the ten sites checked, the words "login", "password" and "credentials" either do not appear or appear only to tell the creator that keeping them safe is her own problem.

"Not stated" here means not published on the pages listed, not that the agency takes your login. Most of them defer the whole question to a private agreement that is not on the site. That is exactly the problem: the one term that decides whether you can walk away from a bad arrangement in ten seconds is the one you cannot read before you get on a call.
Why this is the term that matters most
Commission decides what a good arrangement costs you. The login decides what a bad one costs you.
If you hold the credentials, leaving is an afternoon: change the password, turn on two-factor, send the termination letter, done. If the agency holds them, leaving is a negotiation with the party you are trying to leave, and every day of it is a day they are still earning from your account. Nothing else in an agency agreement has that property.
One agency's own published list of warning signs puts it fourth: Aruna Talent's red-flags article names "They Want Full Account Control" as number four of eleven, read on arunatalent.com on 12 September 2026. An agency saying it about the industry is worth more than us saying it, so we are quoting them rather than ourselves.
There is a second layer most creators find out about too late. Whoever holds the login can also change the payout bank details, read every fan message, and delete content. Account access is not one permission, it is all of them at once. What to send before you sign
Whatever an agency says on a call, the answer you can rely on is the one in writing. Copy this, send it by email, and keep the reply. It takes an agency thirty seconds to answer and it tells you almost everything.
Before we go further, could you confirm three things in writing:
1. Will the account login and password stay with me for the whole term, and will that be written into the agreement?
2. If I change my password today, does anything in the agreement stop me, or reduce what you owe me?
3. Which bank account do OnlyFans payouts land in, mine or yours?
An agency that answers all three in writing has told you it has nothing to hide on the one term that traps people. An agency that moves it to a call has told you the other thing. The full pre-signing list is the twelve questions, and the clause-by-clause version is reading a contract.
What FantasyRise does
The creator holds the login for the whole term. We work inside the account with access she grants and can withdraw, and because she holds the credentials there is nothing to hand back: changing the password ends our access immediately, without asking us.
There is no minimum term and no notice period. A creator can end the agreement at any time, effective immediately, and we charge no commission on anything earned after that. Payouts go from the platform to her own bank account and never pass through us. The commission is 30–60% of net, published, with the reason for each end of the range on the Starter and Growth pages.

Is it normal for an OnlyFans agency to ask for your password?
It is common, and it is the single term most worth refusing. An agency that holds the credentials also controls the payout bank details, the fan inbox and the content, because OnlyFans access is not divisible into separate permissions. Aruna Talent, an agency itself, lists "They Want Full Account Control" as the fourth of eleven red flags on its own site.
What should a management agreement say about account access?
Three sentences: that the credentials stay with the creator for the whole term, that changing the password at any time is permitted and has no financial consequence, and that payouts go to the creator's own bank account. If an agreement is silent on all three, the silence is the answer.
How do I get my account back from an agency that holds the login?
