What happens in week one, in the order it happens

Two things run in parallel from the first day: the work on the account, and the work on you as a brand. Neither waits for the other.

On the account

1. The account is set up in your name. Created on an email address you control, with two-factor on your own phone. We never hold the password, from day one.
2. Branding and profile. Name, bio, pricing and the first look of the page, built from the persona work below rather than from a template.
3. The vault is structured before it is filled. Folders and naming that let the chat team find and sell every piece of content later, so nothing you shoot goes to waste.
4. Pricing and pay-per-view sequencing are set. Our systems by default; your preferences if you have them.
5. The chatters are trained on you. Your niche, your intended audience, your voice, your boundaries, before the first subscriber arrives. How the chat team works, in numbers.

If you already have an account with history, week one also includes what we do on the Growth Track: reading your past conversations by traffic source, measuring which posts performed, clearing unsent pay-per-view messages, and re-sorting the vault.

On you

In the same week, a first marketing call with questions prepared for you, to understand the personality and brand you already have. If you do not have one yet, we build a persona with you for OnlyFans and, above all, for Instagram and the other channels: one that fits you as a person, so you never have to act, and ideally one you enjoy. Then the marketing concept, built around what you bring: your look and physical attributes, how many indoor and outdoor locations you can shoot in, whether you have an accent, and what you are naturally good at. Some people dance better than they act out skits; some do skits and talking content better than scenes. We find that out with you at the start, so as little time as possible goes into testing and the first results come as early as they can. An account that already earns gets there faster and higher; an account from zero gets there too.

Before any of that: apply, talk, decide

A few minutes to apply, an honest conversation with Helge about whether this fits you, and everything in writing to take away. Within the first weeks you know two things: whether this work suits you, and what the numbers realistically look like.

When we say no on the Starter Track, and why

Roughly 95% of applications end with a no. The criteria are not about looks or followers. We say no when we can tell that someone is not committed to earning as a creator over the long term, is not comfortable in the role, or was curious about the process rather than serious about doing it. None of that is a fault, everyone starts somewhere, but we have to sort quickly, because the Starter Track means we invest before you earn. We also say no when the fit is not respectful: this agency runs on people treating each other as equals, in both directions. Some starting conditions do help: a creator in the United States who speaks with an American accent has an advantage in talking content over one who does not, and we will say so on the call rather than let you find out in month three.

What we front on the Starter Track, exactly

A phone if yours will not do, lighting, outfits, backgrounds, and a camera where the concept needs one. Which of those applies depends on you and on the marketing concept we build together: whether the plan needs outfits, backgrounds and lighting or shoots outdoors, and whether you already own a good camera. It is paid by us before you earn anything and is the reason the Starter commission sits at the upper end of our range, explained below.

What happens to it if you leave: it comes back to us, and we pay the shipping. You are never billed for it, nothing is deducted from a final payout, and there is no charge for having used it.
