Agency comparison

FantasyRise vs Bunny Agency

Bunny is the largest and most institutional agency we compare against, and one of the very few that publishes a commission range at all. We are five creators with our terms on the site. The difference that decides your take-home is not the percentage, it is what the percentage is calculated on.

Short answer

Bunny Agency publishes 25% to 50%, scaling with how much of the operation you hand over, and states that the exact rate goes in writing before you sign. They run a genuinely institutional operation: Bunny Agency LLC, registered in Wyoming, full company record published, a named managing director, founded 2019, and by their own figures 112 team members and over 400 creators. On sheer scale and on published legal identity they beat us, and we would say so to a creator sitting in front of us.

What neither their site nor most others answer is whether that percentage is taken on gross or on net. We publish 30% to 60% of net, meaning after the OnlyFans platform fee, and the arithmetic below shows why that word changes the answer by hundreds of dollars a month. On the four things that decide what happens when a relationship ends, who holds the login, how payouts run, what notice applies and whether commission continues afterward, neither Bunny's public pages nor most of this industry say anything at all.

"Not published" means we could not find it on their public pages as of 10 September 2026. Their terms of service state that the management relationship is governed by a separate written agreement, so these answers very likely exist, in the contract rather than on the website. Ask for them in writing.

Disclosure: FantasyRise wrote this page and is one of the two agencies on it. We benefit if you choose us. Every statement about Bunny below comes from their own public pages, checked on 10 September 2026, and the section naming where they beat us is not a formality.

The number nobody in this industry publishes

Bunny publishes a percentage. So do we. What almost nobody publishes, Bunny included, is the basis it is calculated on. OnlyFans keeps 20% of everything before you see it, so a commission charged on gross and the same commission charged on net are not the same deal.

The same 35% on $10,000 a month, both ways

Creator's gross earnings$10,000
OnlyFans platform fee, 20%−$2,000
Net after the platform$8,000
If the agency charges 35% of net−$2,800
Creator keeps$5,200
If the agency charges 35% of gross−$3,500
Creator keeps$4,500

Same headline percentage, $700 a month apart, $8,400 over a year. This is why the basis matters more than the number, and why it is the first thing to get in writing.

Ours is 30% to 60% of net, published on this site, with the upper end applying when we front startup costs including equipment. Bunny's 25% to 50% is published without a basis. That is not an accusation, it is the industry norm, and it is the single question we would push hardest on with any agency including us.

Where Bunny beats us

Three things, and the first two are checkable rather than claimed.

They publish their rate, which almost nobody does

25% to 50%, on their own site, with the reasoning for the range: light management near the bottom, full service near the top. In a market where most agencies quote only on a call, that puts Bunny in a very small group. We are in the same group and we are not going to pretend it makes us unusual when it does not.

They have a real liability surface

A full company record: Bunny Agency LLC, an entity registered in Wyoming, a published street address, and a named managing director with responsibility stated in her own name. That is verifiable in the Wyoming state register, and for a creator who wants to know who she would be dealing with if something went badly wrong, it is a hard advantage, not a soft one.

Scale buys shift coverage we cannot match

By their own figures, 112 team members and more than 400 creators since 2019. A team that size can run genuine round the clock chat coverage across time zones with people it employs. Five creators cannot, without outsourcing. That is their own claim rather than something we can check, but the structural point holds: it is a thing size buys and we do not have it.

The four questions this comparison is really about

Both agencies look reasonable on the marketing. The differences that matter show up at the end of a relationship, not at the start, and that is where a website usually goes quiet.

  • Who holds the account login? At FantasyRise the creator does, permanently. Not published by Bunny.
  • Where do payouts land? At FantasyRise, in the creator's own bank account. Not published by Bunny.
  • What notice is required to leave? None at FantasyRise. You can leave at any time, effective immediately. Bunny states no long-term contracts and that you may end the partnership at any time, without naming a notice period.
  • Does commission continue after you leave? Not at FantasyRise. Not published by Bunny, neither confirmed nor ruled out.

Our exit guide has a notice letter that asks all four in writing, and it works on any agency, including us.

Which one suits which creator

Bunny, if you want scale. Multi-platform coverage, round the clock chat staffed by a large team, a big roster and an institutional structure with a published company record. If being one of four hundred is not a problem for you, that structure is real.

Us, if you want the terms settled before the call. The rate and its basis are on the page, the login stays with you, payouts go straight to your bank, no notice period, nothing continues after you leave. We turn down roughly 95% of applications because five creators is what we can service properly, which is a limitation as much as it is a pitch.

Common questions

Is Bunny Agency legitimate?

By the checks a creator can actually run, yes, and more visibly than most. A registered Wyoming LLC with a published address, a named managing director, a full company record, and a published commission range. Nothing on this page is an allegation about them.

Which one takes a higher commission?

You cannot tell from the headline numbers, and that is the point of this page. Bunny publishes 25% to 50% without stating whether it is on gross or on net. We publish 30% to 60% of net. On $10,000 a month, the same 35% is $700 apart depending on the basis. Get the basis in writing from either of us before comparing the percentages.

Is a 400 creator agency better than a 5 creator agency?

Different, not better. Scale buys shift coverage, redundancy and platform breadth. A small roster means the person answering you knows your account without looking it up, and it means there is nobody else to pick it up if she is unavailable. Both of those are true at once.

Who holds the account login at Bunny Agency?

Not published on their site. Their terms state that the management relationship is governed by a separate written agreement, so the answer will be in that document rather than on the website. Ask before signing, and ask specifically what happens to access on the day the agreement ends.

Does either agency require a long-term contract?

Neither. Bunny states no long-term contracts and that you are free to end the partnership at any time. We work with no minimum term and no notice period: you can leave any time, effective immediately. The difference is that we publish the notice period and they do not.
