Terms of Service

These govern your use of this website. They are not the management agreement. That's a separate document, signed by both sides.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of fantasyrise.com and any related content and tools (the "Services"), provided by FantasyRise LLC ("FantasyRise", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

FantasyRise LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2024-001405482, registered agent Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801), working from 1248 Edgewood Ave W, Ste 3 #69, Jacksonville, FL 32208. The registered agent's address in Sheridan, Wyoming, is not our office; we work from Jacksonville, Florida.

2. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 to access or use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for adult content creators and are not directed to minors.

3. What this website is

This site provides information about our management services, educational material about the industry, and a way to apply to work with us.

Any management relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms cover your use of the website only. Nothing here, and nothing else on this site, creates a management, agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship by itself.

Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed management agreement, the agreement controls.

4. Applying is not agreeing

Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any application at our discretion, and you may withdraw at any point before signing. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific income, subscriber count, or growth outcome. Figures, ranges, and examples on this site are illustrative and are not a promise or projection of your results. What you earn depends on your content, your consistency, your niche, and platform conditions, most of which sit outside our control.

Our commission calculator performs arithmetic on figures you enter yourself. It is not a forecast, a recommendation, or financial advice.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Our pages discussing state taxes are general context, not tax guidance. Work with a qualified accountant on your own situation.

6. Content about other agencies

This site includes comparisons with other agencies, based on information those companies published publicly at the time of writing. We make a genuine effort to represent them accurately and fairly, we update these pages when we learn something has changed, and we welcome corrections at contact@fantasyrise.com, including corrections that make another agency look better than us.

Company names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners. Referencing them implies no affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

7. Your content and accounts

Nothing on this site transfers any rights to your content or your accounts. Creators retain full ownership of their content and sole possession of their account credentials at all times. Specific arrangements are set out in the management agreement.

8. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use it in any way that breaks the law
  • Submit false information, or apply on someone else's behalf without their authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the site, including through scraping or automated collection beyond what our robots directives permit
  • Transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
  • Reproduce or exploit our content commercially without written permission

9. Our content

The text, design, guides, and tools on this site are our intellectual property, protected by copyright. You may read them, link to them, and quote them with attribution. You may not republish them wholesale as your own, including, we'd note, as your own legal pages.

10. Links to other sites

We link to third-party websites, including creator platforms and other agencies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that everything on it is complete and current at every moment. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FantasyRise and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, whether based in warranty, contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyRise and its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time, and we may revise these Terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, to the extent applicable law permits.

We have deliberately not included a mandatory arbitration clause. Arbitration clauses are common and would be to our advantage, but they limit your ability to bring a claim, and that sits badly with an agency that tells creators not to sign away their leverage.
