Where TDM is built differently
Most agencies describe round the clock coverage without ever saying who is doing it. TDM points at a physical office and a directly employed team. That is a claim you can turn up and test. For a creator whose revenue is heavily chat driven, ask both agencies who exactly types the replies and how they are trained.
FantasyRise answers the same question the same way: its chatters are employed directly, part of a team of 60+ people, not freelancers and not subcontracted, on a roster of fourteen creators, which is four or more people per account.
Where the two actually differ
Who holds the login
This is the sharpest difference. At FantasyRise the creator keeps sole access to their own OnlyFans login, permanently, and payouts go to the creator's own bank account. TDM's published onboarding material describes their team logging into the creator's account directly.
Plenty of agencies work that way and it is not by itself a red flag. It does mean the answer to "what happens if we fall out" is different, so it is worth asking them how access is structured, whether an alternative exists, and what happens to it the day you leave.
Whether you know the price before the call

That is not evidence of a bad rate. It is a reason to get the number in writing before you are emotionally invested in the conversation.
How you leave
We work with no minimum term and no notice period. TDM does not publish theirs. Minimum terms are legal and plenty of legitimate businesses use them, so this is not an accusation. The things worth pinning down are the ones that bite later: is there a minimum term, does it renew automatically, what notice is required, and what happens to your account and your content on the day the agreement ends.

What to check yourself, on both of us

- Who holds the account login during the agreement, and who holds it afterward?
- Is there a minimum term? Does it renew automatically? What notice is required to leave?
- Is there anything to pay before you earn?
- What is the legal entity, where is it registered, and can you find that record?
- What exactly is included in the fee, written down specifically enough to hold someone to?

Is TDM Management a legitimate agency?
We have no reason to think otherwise. They operate publicly under a named brand from the United Kingdom and their in-house chat floor is a specific, checkable claim rather than a vague one. Nothing on this page is an allegation about them.
Which one takes a higher commission?
Ours is 30–60% of net depending on the track, published on this site. TDM does not publish theirs, so nobody writing these comparisons can tell you, including us. Ask them for theirs in writing and compare the two numbers directly, checking whether each is quoted on gross or on net.
Does it matter that the agency holds my login?
It matters most at the end of the relationship rather than during it. While things are going well, access arrangements rarely cause trouble. The question is what happens on the day you want to leave, and whether you can still get into your own account that afternoon.
Should I pick the bigger agency?
Not by default. Size buys capacity and redundancy. It also means you are one account among many. What matters more than headcount is whether the terms are written down and whether you can leave.
