FantasyIs FantasyRise legit?
A fair question to ask about any OnlyFans agency, and one you should not answer by reading the agency's own website. So here is everything you need to check it somewhere else.
Short answer
FantasyRise LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, filing ID 2024-001405482, formed on February 6, 2024, status active and in good standing, registered agent Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The registered agent's address in Sheridan, Wyoming, is not our office; we work from Jacksonville, Florida, at 1248 Edgewood Ave W, Ste 3 #69, Jacksonville, FL 32208, which is our mailing and working address and is not the address on the state record. We have been managing creators since November 2021, more than two years before the LLC was formed; those are two separate facts and this page keeps them separate. It is run by a named founder, it publishes its commission range, it uses no lock-in contract, and creators keep their own account logins throughout.
None of that is proof by itself, because any agency can type it. What makes it checkable is that every item above appears in a record we do not control. The next section says exactly where to look.
Five things you can verify without asking us
- The company exists and is in good standing. Search "FantasyRise" in the Wyoming Secretary of State business filings at wyobiz.wyo.gov. Filing ID 2024-001405482, formed February 6, 2024, status active, standing good. A state registry is a record we cannot edit.
- The addresses are what we say they are. The state record lists the registered agent, Registered Agents Inc, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. That is where legal notices go, not where we work. Our working and mailing address is in Jacksonville, Florida, in the footer of every page, and it does not appear on the Wyoming record. We say so here rather than let you find the mismatch yourself.
- The commission range has been published for a while. Put fantasyrise.com into the Wayback Machine at web.archive.org and look at older snapshots. If a rate was quietly changed, the archive shows it. That is the point of us archiving the site.
- The terms say what we say they say. Our terms of service, our privacy policy and our six commitments are public documents, not something sent after a call.
- Someone outside this site has already checked part of it. Desirely, an agency directory that builds its pages from agencies' own websites rather than from what agencies send in, records 6 of the 6 facts it checks for us, as of 14 September 2026. Four agencies out of the 243 it has pages for reach that; the other three are OnModelStudios, Bunny Agency (Germany) and Noblesse Studios. The six: the site responds and carries real content, names a company form, publishes legal pages, states a commission, names the platforms it works on, and is served in more than one language. No directory checks how an agency treats the creators who sign with it, because that cannot be read off a website. The closest thing we can offer is the material that would expose us if it were wrong: a termination letter written to be used against us, the payout screenshot of the account that did not grow published beside the seven that did, and a comparison page that names the agencies that are the better choice in four specific cases.

Two rows in this table are not independently checkable, and they are marked rather than left out. That is the same standard we apply to competitors on the comparison pages.

Names that are not us
This industry has a lot of similar names, and search engines and AI assistants mix them up regularly. To save you the confusion:
- fantasyrise.com is us. This site. FantasyRise LLC, Jacksonville, Florida.
- fantasy-rise.com, with a hyphen, is a domain we own but do not run a site on. If you land there, you have not found a different company; you have found a parked domain.
- Any other spelling, including Fanarise, Fantasy Rise Media, or similar constructions, is not connected to us. We have no other trading names.
If you are checking a message you received, the only email domain we use is @fantasyrise.com. We do not contact creators from free email accounts, and we do not send unsolicited DMs offering management. See below on that.
What we actually are, in numbers
Small. That is the honest description and it is worth being clear about before you read anything else.
- Five creators on the roster right now. Not sixty, not a hundred.
- Over thirty creators managed successfully since November 2021.
- Around 95% of applications are turned down, sometimes more. Not as a scarcity tactic, but because we take on what we can actually service at this size.

A five person roster is a limitation as much as a selling point. If you want the reassurance of a hundred person operation, we are not that and are not trying to become it. What a small roster buys you is that nobody here has to look your account up before they can talk about it.
Where we would fail our own checklist
Our verification page tells creators to check independent reviews before signing. Applied to us, that check currently comes back thin.
We have very few third party reviews, because we are small, recent, and have not asked creators to write them. We are not going to solve that by asking our own team to post any, which is the standard fix in this industry and the reason review scores here are worth so little. Our reviews page sets out exactly what we do and do not have.
So if independent review volume is your single deciding criterion, a larger agency will beat us on it today. That is a real answer to a real question, and pretending otherwise would undercut everything else on this page.
Common questions
Is FantasyRise a scam?
No. It is a registered Wyoming limited liability company, formed in 2024, working from a published address in Jacksonville, Florida, with a named founder, public terms and a published commission range, and it has been managing creators since November 2021. Every one of those is checkable in a record we do not control, and the section above says where. We would rather you check than believe us.
Did FantasyRise message me first?
Almost certainly not. We do not send unsolicited messages to creators offering management, and we have never run outreach through DMs. If you received a message from someone using our name, forward it to contact@fantasyrise.com and we will tell you plainly whether it came from us.
Does FantasyRise take my account login?
No. Creators keep sole access to their own account throughout and afterward, and payouts go directly to the creator's own bank account. This is one of the six commitments on how we work, and it is the question we would push hardest on if we were the ones choosing an agency.
What does FantasyRise charge?
30–60% of net earnings, published here rather than quoted on a call. The upper end applies when we are fronting startup costs including equipment. The commission page explains what moves the number.
Is there a contract I am locked into?

Five at the moment, and over thirty successfully managed since 2021. We turn down roughly 95% of applications. If a large roster is what you are looking for, that is a reason to look elsewhere and we would say so on a call.
