We are a small team and we do not run a permanent careers pipeline. There is one role we are open to, it is described below in the same detail as everything else on this site, and you apply by email to the founder rather than to a form.
Short answer
One open role: marketing manager for creator accounts. You would own what our marketing page describes: the persona and concept built with each creator, then Instagram as the main channel, Reddit as the supplement, and the same short-form video on Facebook, YouTube and X, run to numbers we publish rather than to a feeling.

Who you would be joining
FantasyRise LLC is an OnlyFans management agency, a Wyoming limited liability company working from Jacksonville, Florida, managing creator accounts since November 2021. Five creators on the roster at a time, just over thirty since 2021, and roughly 95% of creator applications declined.
Fifteen chatters are employed by us, not freelancers and not subcontracted to an outside chat agency, covering accounts 24 hours a day across time zones. Four in five have been with us for more than two years. That number matters for this job: you would be working with people who stay, on five accounts rather than five hundred.
What the company publishes about itself is unusual for this industry, and it is the reason this page exists in this form. The commission range, what it is charged on, the absence of a notice period, how account access works: all of it is on the site before anyone talks to us. The same standard applies to working here.
The role: marketing manager
What the work actually is, taken from what we do today rather than from a job-ad template:
- Build the persona and the concept with a new creatorIn week one: a call with prepared questions, then a concept built around what she brings, her look, the locations she can shoot in, whether she has an accent, and what she is naturally good at. The aim is a persona she never has to act.
- Run Instagram as the main channelTwo to four posts a day plus trial reels, held to a like-to-view ratio of at least 5%, with the account warmed up properly in week one rather than launched. Below 5% the fix is narrowing the positioning, not posting more.
- Run Reddit as the supplementOne post per subreddit per day, at most 20 subreddits per account, each community's own rules followed, and tracking which subreddits produce subscribers rather than upvotes.
- Distribute the same short-form videoFacebook, YouTube and X carry the same content. One shoot has to feed four places, because the creator's shooting time is the scarce resource.
- Read the numbers and change the planWhich posts and which traffic sources produced subscribers, and what that means for the week ahead. Your reading of it lands in the creator's Monday report.
- Work with the chat team, not beside itWhere a fan came from decides how the chat team is briefed. Marketing and chat are one funnel here, which is why the traffic-source analysis in week one exists at all.
What we are looking for, and what we are not
We would rather be specific and lose you than be vague and waste a call.
- You have grown a real account and can show the numbers. Any platform, any niche. We care more about a small account you took from zero with a reason for every decision than about a large one you inherited.
- You work from measurements. If you cannot say why a post worked, that is the gap this job exposes fastest.
- You are comfortable in adult content as a business. This is legal work with adults, done professionally, and it is not for everyone. If it is not for you, that is a fair answer and we would rather hear it now.
- You do not use fake engagement. No bought followers, no engagement services, no bot-like automation, no several accounts on one device. We publish that on the marketing page as what we refuse, and an applicant who leads with growth hacks has not read it.
- You can write in English. German is useful, because we run German-language pages and take creators from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but it is not required.
What we are not looking for: an agency partner, a reseller, a lead-generation service, or anyone offering to bring creators for a fee. Those emails are declined without a reply.
What we settle on the first call
Four things are not published on this page, and we would rather name them than let you find out in the third conversation: the pay, whether the role is employed or contracted, whether it is remote or in Jacksonville, and the hours. They depend on where you are and what you bring, and we answer all four in the first conversation, before anything else is discussed.
What we will not do is run an unpaid trial project, ask you to produce a strategy document for free, or keep an application on file for months without telling you. If the answer is no, you get a no.

Do I need experience with OnlyFans specifically?
No. Experience growing any audience on short-form video, with numbers you can show, matters more. What you do need is to be comfortable working in adult content as a business, and to work without fake engagement of any kind.
Can I apply if I am not in the United States?
Yes. Our chat team already covers accounts around the clock across time zones. Tell us where you are and in which time zone, and whether that is workable is part of the first conversation rather than a filter before it.
I represent an agency or want to send you creators. Should I use this page?
No. This page is for people applying to work with us. Partnership, reseller and lead-generation offers are declined without a reply, and creators apply through the creator application instead.
