Two second platforms, one decision

Fansly vs Fanvue: which second platform pays sooner and finds fans for you

Both pay 80%, both hold a sale for 7 days, both pay out from $20 on request. The decision sits in the rows a fee table leaves out: who shows your posts to fans who do not follow you, whose hold can stretch to four weeks, and who lets a manager in without the password.

Short answer

Fansly, for a creator adding a second platform next to OnlyFans: both pay 80%, hold each sale for 7 days and pay out from $20 on request, but Fansly's For You Page recommends posts to fans who do not follow you yet, its Management Sessions give a manager access without the password, and its hold stays at 7 days where Fanvue's can be extended to 28. Fanvue's one lead is 85% for the first month, which on $10,000 of fan spend is $500 more, once.

Neither publishes an audited audience. Fansly publishes no audience figure on its public pages. Fanvue's homepage says "200,000+ creators" and "over $500m in creator payouts". Beside OnlyFans' audited 377.5 million fan accounts both are second platforms; each is set against OnlyFans on Fansly vs OnlyFans and Fanvue vs OnlyFans.

Read the chargeback clause before the fee. Fansly's terms allow a chargeback to be deducted from earnings although its application page promises "chargeback protection"; Fanvue deducts too and charges $50 per further dispute once the dispute rate passes 1.5% in 30 days.

What $10,000 of fan spend pays out, and when you can have it

Take one month in which fans spend $10,000 on the page. On Fansly that is $8,000. Each sale is pending for 7 days; then a creator requests a payout from $20 by Paxum, Cosmo, ACH or a local bank, $50 by SEPA or $100 by international wire or crypto, most requests are approved within 48 hours, and the money lands in 1 to 3 business days.

On Fanvue it is $8,500 in the first month and $8,000 in every month after, because the 85% is a promotional first-month rate. Each sale sits in a standard pending period of 7 days that Fanvue can extend to 28. A payout is requested from $20, higher in some regions, and lands in 3 to 5 business days by bank, MassPay, Cosmo or crypto at a 1% fee. There is no PayPal, and the first payout needs five pieces of content uploaded.

The $500 Fanvue pays extra in month one does not recur. The other nine platforms are on OnlyFans alternatives, including LoyalFans, which pays twice a month from $50 and is on LoyalFans vs OnlyFans.

A feed that recommends you against a page that shuffles

This is the row that separates the two. Fansly's For You Page is what its help center calls "Fansly's built-in discovery system": it recommends posts to fans who do not follow you yet, for any post marked "Post to FYP" that is not locked media without a preview.

Fanvue's Discover page is "randomised by default" and its search finds a creator by name or username only, so nobody lands on a Fanvue page because of what she posts there. Its acceptable use policy keeps the public face of a profile safe for work, and the first violation removes the profile from Discover, so explicit content on Fanvue lives behind an NSFW switch that is off until a verified creator turns it on. The feed is a smaller advantage for a creator who already sends traffic from Instagram and TikTok, and still one Fanvue has nothing to set against.

The login question, which only one of the two has answered

Fansly built a permission for it. A creator opens a Management Session for an agency or an editor and keeps "sensitive areas like payouts and account closure" locked; the help center describes it as a way "to share access without giving out your login credentials". Fanvue publishes no manager or agency permission on the pages we read, so on Fanvue the protection comes from the agreement rather than the platform.

At FantasyRise the creator keeps her own login on every platform, and a second platform sits under the same 30% to 60% of net commission as her OnlyFans account rather than carrying a separate fee: each version is on Fansly management and Fanvue management, and all eleven platforms on OnlyFans alternatives.

Frequently asked

Is Fansly or Fanvue better as a second platform?

Fansly, for most creators adding a platform next to OnlyFans. Both pay 80% and pay out from $20 on request after a 7-day hold, but Fansly's For You Page recommends posts to fans who do not follow you yet, its Management Sessions let a manager work without your password, and its hold stays at 7 days where Fanvue's can be extended to 28. Fanvue's one advantage is 85% in the first month: $500 on $10,000, once.

Which pays out sooner, Fansly or Fanvue?

Fansly. Each sale is pending 7 days, most payout requests are approved within 48 hours and delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Fanvue's standard pending period is also 7 days but can be extended to 28, and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Both start at $20.

Does Fanvue pay more than Fansly?

Only in the first month. Fanvue pays 85% of gross revenue for a creator's first month and 80% after; Fansly pays 80% from the start, "80% of revenue from subscriptions, sold media, messages, and tips". On $10,000 of fan spend that is $8,500 once on Fanvue, then $8,000 a month on both.

Do Fansly and Fanvue allow explicit content?

Both do, on different terms. Fansly allows it on the feed, with no photorealistic AI content, no alcohol and no nudity in avatars or banners. Fanvue allows it only behind an NSFW switch that is off by default and available only if adult content was declared at verification; profile picture, banner and intro must be safe for work.

Can an agency manage Fansly or Fanvue without my password?

On Fansly, yes: its Management Sessions are a way "to share access without giving out your login credentials", with payouts and account closure always restricted. Fanvue publishes no equivalent, so there the protection comes from the agency's own terms. At FantasyRise the creator keeps her own login on every platform.
