The $100,000 guarantee
The homepage says: "We provide a $100,000 USD minimum annual account earnings guarantee for all models in our agency" and "We are the only agency that provides a $100k USD / year account earnings guarantee." The llms.txt repeats it. What we could not find, on any page, in the terms or in the application form, is what the guarantee means in practice: what is paid, by whom, and when, if an account earns less.
An earnings guarantee without published conditions cannot be held to. For comparison, the platform-wide average from OnlyFans' own filing works out at $104 a month per creator account, which is on what OnlyFans creators actually make. FantasyRise makes no earnings promise and publishes eleven real payout histories on the results page instead.
Agency or matchmaker
The homepage sells management: "a dedicated team of minimum 5 staff members for each creator in our roster" (the Spanish version of the same page says "de 3 a 5"). The terms, at a page whose address is "copy-of-privacy-policy", describe something else: "the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that apply to the use of the Model Matching Service", in which "we act solely as a facilitator in connecting models with agencies". A subpage adds how that is paid: "You don't need to pay us anything, instead your new agency pays us once you are successful."
For a creator that changes the question from "is Everlasting Eros any good" to "which agency will I actually end up with, and on what terms". Neither is published. FantasyRise manages every account it takes on itself and turns down roughly 95% of applications.
Your photos and your data
The privacy policy lists what it collects, including "Uploads including photos and videos of a sexual nature". The terms say that information is shared "with third-party agencies, including through the messaging platform Telegram", that the rights in "the information provided by you" belong to Everlasting Eros "or our licensors", and that "we do not guarantee compliance with any data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)".
