Every real US agency is on a Secretary of State register somewhere, and almost none of them publish what they charge. This page lists what each one puts in public, which federal case names eight of them, and the tax facts a 1099 creator finds out too late.
Short answer
Nobody has audited the results of any OnlyFans agency in the United States, so a ranking by outcome would be made up, ours included. What can be counted is what each agency publishes. On the four terms that decide what a deal is worth, commission, who holds the login, the legal entity, and the exit, the agencies below are ordered by how many of the four are on their own site. FantasyRise publishes all four. That is a count you can repeat, not a verdict.
The US-specific part a creator should know before any call: one federal class action filed in 2024 names eight management agencies as defendants, and one California Labor Commissioner ruling has already decided a dispute over an OnlyFans management contract. Both are public documents, both are quoted with page numbers on our public record page, and the allegations in the class action are unproven.

The two US documents worth reading before a call
Most of what is written about this industry is marketing. Two things are not, because a court or a regulator produced them.
Stage v. Unruly Agency, California Labor Commissioner, 2024. A decided matter about an OnlyFans management contract, quoted with page references on our public record page. It is the closest thing this industry has to a precedent about what these agreements are.
N.Z. et al. v. Fenix International et al., filed 29 July 2024 in the Central District of California, docket 8:24-cv-01655. A 127-page class action complaint by five subscribers against the OnlyFans operating companies and eight agencies: Boss Baddies LLC, Moxy Management, Unruly Agency LLC (also d/b/a Dysrpt Agency), Behave Agency LLC, A.S.H. Agency, Content X, Inc., Verge Agency, Inc. and Elite Creators LLC. The theory is that chatters impersonating creators in paid messages is fraud. These are allegations, not findings. The case is pending.
Neither document is a reason to avoid agencies. Both are a reason to get the terms in writing, because the disputes that reach a court are always about the term nobody wrote down.
Check any US agency in ten minutes
One, the Secretary of State. Every state runs a free business search. Take the company name from the contract, not from the website banner, and look it up in the state it claims. You want an active filing, a name that matches, and a formation date that does not contradict the "since 2019" on the homepage. If the entity cannot be found in any state, that is the finding.
Two, the terms. Search them for "term", "notice", "renew" and "password". Check whether the terms govern the management arrangement or only use of the website; a lot of them only govern the website, which means nothing you are about to sign is public.
Three, the percentage, and its base. OnlyFans keeps 20% before anyone else is paid. On $10,000 of fan spend you receive $8,000, so a 35% rate is either $3,500 or $2,800 depending on a word that is usually missing: $8,400 a year. Run your own figure through the commission calculator.

Which OnlyFans agency is best for US creators?
No outcome-based ranking exists, because nobody audits agency results. On what is checkable, which is what each agency publishes about commission, account login, legal entity and exit, FantasyRise publishes all four, OnModelStudios publishes two, Hush Talent, Bunny Agency and Vantage Agency publish one or two, and Creators Inc and Unruly Agency publish none. Are OnlyFans management agencies legal in the United States?
Yes. Management agencies are ordinary service businesses. What is contested is specific conduct: one California Labor Commissioner matter has been decided about an OnlyFans management contract, and a 2024 federal class action names eight agencies over chatters impersonating creators. Those allegations are unproven. Minimum-term contracts are also legal; the problem with them is terms that are not disclosed, renew silently, or have no route out.
How are OnlyFans creators taxed in the US?
As self-employed contractors. That means a 1099, income tax plus self-employment tax, and quarterly estimated payments rather than withholding. An agency's commission is a business expense, not a deduction the agency handles for you. The detail is on OnlyFans taxes, and none of it is tax advice.
Should the agency or the creator hold the OnlyFans login?
The creator. Whoever holds the credentials also controls the payout bank details, the fan inbox and the content, because the access is not divisible. Of ten agencies checked, three publish that the creator keeps it and one publishes that it takes the credentials once. The full table is here.
How do I check that a US agency is a real company?
Search the company name from the contract in the Secretary of State register of the state it claims. The filing should be active, the name should match the contract rather than the website banner, and the formation date should not contradict the age claimed on the homepage. It takes about two minutes and it is the check most people skip.
