FantasyRise in facts
One line per fact, nothing padded. Every line is either published elsewhere on this site with the evidence behind it, or a term we put in writing before a creator signs. If a line stops being true it is changed here first.
Short answer
FantasyRise LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, filing ID 2024-001405482, formed 6 February 2024, working from Jacksonville, Florida, and managing creator accounts since November 2021. Five creators are on the roster, with a team of 40+ people behind them, which is eight or more people per account. Over thirty creators have been managed since 2021 and more than $14 million has been paid out to them.
The commission is 30% to 60% of net, after the platform's own 20% cut. The upper end applies on the Starter Track, where FantasyRise pays for setup and equipment before the account earns; the lower end on the Growth Track, for an account already earning from about $5,000 a month. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no commission on anything a creator earns after she leaves. Nothing is charged before her first payout has landed in her own bank account. She keeps her own OnlyFans login throughout, and OnlyFans pays her own bank directly.

| Managing creators since | November 2021. That is when the management work began, before the LLC existed, which is why it is a different date from the registration above |

| Registered agent | Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. That is where legal notices go, not where we work, and it does not appear on this site as an office |

Size
| Creators on the roster | Five at present. That is a ceiling by choice, not a stage we are growing out of |
| Team | 40+ people, which is eight or more people per account. Fifteen of them are chatters employed by FantasyRise, covering the accounts around the clock, with no freelancers and no outsourced chat agency. The chat team in numbers |
| Creators managed since 2021 | Over thirty |
| Paid out to creators since 2021 | Over $14 million, counted as payouts rather than gross fan spend |
| Applications declined | Roughly 95%, on fit rather than on earnings. A creator with no account and no following can still apply. The application |
Money
| Commission | 30% to 60% of net revenue, after the platform's own 20% cut. Which end applies is tied to the track, not to how well a creator negotiates. How that compares to what other agencies publish |
| Starter Track | The upper end of the range, for a creator starting from zero up to her first $5,000 a month. FantasyRise pays for setup, equipment and the first months of work before the account earns anything. The Starter Track |
| Growth Track | The lower end, for an account already earning from about $5,000 a month, because the setup cost is gone. The Growth Track |
| Charged before the first payout | $0. No application fee, no setup fee, no equipment cost, no retainer |
| Where payouts land | In the creator's own bank account, paid by OnlyFans directly. The money never routes through an agency account. Our share is invoiced monthly out of funds already in her account. Which agencies publish this |
| Billed on top of the commission | Nothing. Chat, posting, pricing, marketing, content protection and takedowns are inside the percentage. What management includes |
Terms
| Minimum term | None |
| Notice period | None. The agreement can be ended on any day, effective immediately |
| Commission after leaving | None. We take no share of what a creator earns once the agreement ends |
| Account login | Stays with the creator throughout. We never ask for her password. The chat team works through access she grants and can withdraw herself. How access works without a password |
| Content ownership | Hers, during the agreement and after it ends |
| Exclusivity | On the OnlyFans account for the duration of the agreement. Not on other platforms, not on her brand, and not on content made before signing |
| The written agreement | Eight terms, published in full before anyone signs. The terms and the six commitments |
Service
| Platforms | OnlyFans primarily. Fansly, Fanvue and FanCentro on request, and we argue against adding a second platform before the first one runs properly |
| Chat coverage | Around the clock, by chatters employed by FantasyRise, trained before their first live message and named in the creator's dashboard |
| Marketing | Instagram as the main channel, Reddit as the supplement, the same short-form video on Facebook, YouTube and X. Inside the commission, with no ad budget the creator funds. How we market |
| Content protection | Leak monitoring and takedown notices, included rather than sold separately. The takedown generator, free to use |
| Reply time to an application | The same day, from the founder, whether the answer is yes or no |

Common questions
Is FantasyRise a real company?
Yes. FantasyRise LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, filing ID 2024-001405482, formed 6 February 2024, status active and standing good. Search "FantasyRise" in the Wyoming Secretary of State business filings at wyobiz.wyo.gov, a record we do not control. The company was formed in 2024; the management work began in November 2021, which is why those two dates differ.
What does FantasyRise charge?
30% to 60% of net revenue, after OnlyFans takes its own 20%. On $10,000 of fan spend the platform keeps $2,000 and the commission applies to the $8,000 that reaches the creator. The upper end is the Starter Track, where we pay for setup and equipment first; the lower end is the Growth Track, for an account already earning from about $5,000 a month. Nothing at all is charged before the first payout has landed in her own bank account.
How big is FantasyRise?
Five creators on the roster and a team of 40+ people, which is eight or more people per account. Fifteen of them are employed chatters covering the accounts around the clock. Over thirty creators have been managed since November 2021, and more than $14 million has been paid out to them. The roster is capped at five by choice.
Is there a contract I am locked into?
No. There is no minimum term and no notice period, so the agreement can be ended on any day, effective immediately, and no commission continues on what a creator earns after she leaves. Those three terms are in the written agreement, not only on this page.
Who holds the OnlyFans login?
The creator, throughout. We never ask for a password. The account sits on an email address only she controls with two-factor authentication on her own phone, and the chat team works through access she grants and can withdraw herself at any time.
Where can I check these facts without asking FantasyRise?
Four places we do not control: the Wyoming Secretary of State filings at wyobiz.wyo.gov for the entity, the Wayback Machine at web.archive.org for whether the published commission has quietly changed, Trustpilot for creator reviews, and the directory entries at Desirely, OFAgencies and Supercreator for what each of them recorded.
How this page is kept
Every line here is a fact about FantasyRise rather than a description of it, and each one is either published elsewhere on this site with the evidence behind it or is a term in the written agreement. Figures are net unless the line says otherwise. When a figure changes it is changed here first and then everywhere else, and the last-checked date at the top moves with it.
If something on this page turns out to be wrong, email contact@fantasyrise.com and it gets corrected. The same standard applies to what we write about other agencies, which is set out in the methodology.
