A named CEO with a press record, teams in Los Angeles and Miami, and a two-billion-dollar sales figure. We are five creators with our terms on the site. This page is about what each of us publishes before you talk to us, because that is the only part you can check from the outside.
Short answer
Creators Inc is a full-service creator company founded in 2022 by Andrew "Andy" Bachman, with teams in Los Angeles and Miami, a content house in Encino and, by its own figure, over $2 billion in sales across its community and 100 million monthly views. The CEO has been profiled by Entrepreneur and Inc. and has a public record going back to earlier ventures. On scale, on production capacity and on a name you can look up, they are ahead of us and of nearly everyone else on this site.
What their public pages do not do is put a price on it. Creators Inc states that scope, responsibilities, approval points and commercial terms are explained before any decision, which means after you apply. On the login their pages say only that access, responsibilities and approval points are discussed before work begins. On the payout route, the minimum term, the notice period, what happens to commission and content after you leave, there is nothing, and the site names no legal entity and no address: the footer says © 2026 Creators Inc and the Terms of Use govern only the website. We publish all of it: 30% to 60% of net, no minimum term, no notice period, the login stays with you, payouts to your own bank. That is the trade this page is about.

"Not published" means it is not on their public pages, checked directly on 11 September 2026: the management page including all twelve FAQ answers, the apply page, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the contact page and the footer. Their management page says the commercial terms come before any decision, so these answers exist, in the conversation after you apply rather than on the website. Ask for them in writing.
The number nobody in this industry publishes
Creators Inc publishes no percentage, so there is nothing to compare ours against. That is the norm: on our published commission page, eight agencies name a figure and one names the basis. The basis is the half of the price that decides what you keep, because OnlyFans takes 20% before you see anything.

Same headline percentage, $700 a month apart, $8,400 over a year. When Creators Inc quotes you a rate on the call, this is the first question to ask about it.
Ours is 30% to 60% of net, published, with the upper end applying when we front startup costs including equipment. A creator comparing the two has one complete price and one to be obtained. That is not an accusation. It is the reason to get theirs in writing before deciding anything.
We asked their assistant
Creators Inc runs a chat assistant on every page. On 11 September 2026 we put the six questions from this page to it, in our own name, without pretending to be a creator. Six questions produced two distinct answers.
On the commission, and again on whether it is charged on gross or net, word for word both times: "Creators Inc works on a percentage-based arrangement. Exact rates and contract terms are discussed privately with qualified creators before any agreement."
On who holds the login, where payouts go, the minimum term and notice period, and the legal entity, the same template four times: "I don't have that detail, but you can find more information about our management agreement and services by visiting our website or contacting us directly at /contact/."
No number, no base, no term, no entity, no address. We read this the way our methodology says to: not as terms, but as a dated record that the site does not publish them. The assistant has a stored line about commission, and it fires whether you ask for the rate or for its base, which tells you the gross-or-net question is not in its material at all. That is the question worth $700 a month on $10,000, and it is the first one to put in writing to a human there.
What a federal complaint alleges about their contract
In July 2024 five OnlyFans subscribers filed a class action in the Central District of California, N.Z. et al. v. Fenix International Limited et al., 8:24-cv-01655, naming eight agencies including Elite Creators LLC, which the complaint treats together with "Creators Incorporated" as Creators Inc. These are allegations by one side of a pending case, several "on information and belief", and in December 2025 the court dismissed parts of the complaint with leave to amend. We quote them because they are the only place Creators Inc's contract terms appear in public, and we label them for what they are.
- Rate, alleged: "takes between 20% and 30% commission on its Creators' earnings" (¶168(d)).
- Passwords, alleged: the agreement "requires its Represented Creators to provide the agency with access to their OnlyFans accounts, and specifically 'not to change [their] account passwords'", and the agency sued one creator on the basis that "by changing her passwords and blocking Creators Inc. from the account" she was avoiding the management fee (¶168(f)).
- Chat, alleged: services include "staffing [creators'] account[s] with someone to respond to direct messages on the OnlyFans platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week" (¶168(e)).
- Entities, as pleaded: "Elite Creators LLC ... is a Florida LLC registered in June 2022. Defendant Creators Inc. ... is a Florida corporation registered in September 2022." (¶52). Neither name appears on creatorsinc.com; both can be checked in the Florida register.
Three further dockets show the agency suing former creators for management fees in Miami-Dade and Los Angeles between 2023 and 2024; we could not open them and quote nothing from them. Where Creators Inc beats us
Three things, and two of them are checkable rather than claimed.
A named CEO with a record you can read
Andrew Bachman is named on their site, profiled by Entrepreneur and Inc., and has a public history of earlier companies. For a creator who wants to know who is behind the agency, that is a stronger answer than most of this industry gives, including agencies that publish a rate and no name. Our founder is named on this site too, with less press behind him, and we would not pretend otherwise.
Production capacity we do not have
A content house in Los Angeles, teams in two cities, runway placements at Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week by their own account, brand and crossover work beyond OnlyFans. If the goal is to become a mainstream name with OnlyFans as one revenue line, that is what a 700-person firm is for. Five creators in Jacksonville cannot offer a production house.
Two billion dollars, on their own figure
Over $2 billion in sales across their community since 2022 and 100 million monthly views, by their own count. Those are their claims and we cannot check them, and the site publishes no staff count and no number of creators. But the structural point holds: an operation at that scale produces data on pricing, chat and retention that a small agency never sees.
About the "#1 of 17" on their site
Creators Inc's management page opens with a ranking: first of seventeen agencies, from a directory called OnlyFans Management News, with the line "We didn't rank ourselves. The record did." A creator who sees that deserves to know what the record is, so we read the directory on 11 September 2026.
- Nobody is named. The site publishes under a masthead, "OFM News Staff", describes itself as "a small team with working experience in the OnlyFans management industry" whose "research and drafting are AI-assisted", and names no company, no address and no person. Its Terms leave the jurisdiction blank.
- The rubric excludes the things this page is about. Its methodology scores track record and scale (40%), reach and dealmaking (35%) and accountability and identity (25%), and states: "We do not score account security, password handover, two-factor control, payout control, contract fairness, commission rates, or fees."
- The gap at the top. Creators Inc scores 8.8 of 10. The second agency scores 6.3. Only the overall score is shown; the three sub-scores that the methodology says are weighted and summed are not published anywhere.
- There is no way in. The site has no page for an agency to be listed, claim a profile or submit information, only a contact form for tips, corrections and press. FantasyRise is not on it, and neither is most of the market.
We are not saying who runs the directory. It does not say, and we do not know. We are saying what it measures: press, size and a named founder. On those three Creators Inc is genuinely strong. On the things a creator signs, the directory takes no position, and neither, on its public pages, does Creators Inc.
The four questions this comparison is really about
Both agencies look reasonable on the marketing. The differences that matter show up at the end of a relationship, not at the start, and that is where a website usually goes quiet.
- Who holds the account login? At FantasyRise the creator does, permanently. Not published by Creators Inc. Their only sentence on it is that access, responsibilities and approval points are discussed before work begins. Ask who has the password and who has the two-factor device.
- Where do payouts land? At FantasyRise, in the creator's own bank account. Not published by Creators Inc.
- What notice is required to leave? None at FantasyRise. You can leave at any time, effective immediately. Not published by Creators Inc.
- Does commission continue after you leave? Not at FantasyRise. Not published by Creators Inc, neither confirmed nor ruled out.

Which one suits which creator
Creators Inc, if you want the machine. A production house, brand and crossover work, a two-billion-dollar sales figure and a CEO who is a public figure. If you are already earning well and want to be built into a name beyond one platform, that is a real thing they have and we do not. Go in with the four questions above and get the commission and its basis in writing before the first yes.
Us, if you want the terms settled before the call. The rate and its basis are on the page, the login stays with you, payouts go straight to your bank, no minimum term, no notice period, nothing continues after you leave. We turn down roughly 95% of applications because five creators is what we can service properly, which is a limitation as much as it is a pitch.
Common questions
Is Creators Inc legitimate?
By the checks a creator can run from outside, yes, and more visibly than most: a named CEO with national press profiles, teams in two named cities, a content house that has been covered by local news, and a public track record going back to 2022. They even publish their own "Is Creators Inc legit?" page. What their site does not publish, anywhere, is a legal entity with an LLC or Inc. name, a street address, or Terms that cover the management relationship rather than the website. That is the one check we would still run before signing: ask which entity you would be contracting with. Nothing on this page is an allegation about them.
What commission does Creators Inc charge?
They do not publish one. Their FAQ says: "If there may be a fit, the team explains the fee or revenue-share structure, what it covers and the commercial terms before you decide." In practice that means on the call after you apply. When you get the number, ask whether it is charged on gross or on net. On $10,000 a month the same percentage is $700 apart depending on the answer. We publish 30% to 60% of net.
Who founded Creators Inc?
Andrew "Andy" Bachman, who co-founded it in 2022 and is its CEO. He has been profiled by Entrepreneur and Inc., has a Wikipedia entry, and previously founded an advertising company and a consumer complaints platform. The company reports $60 million in sales in its first year and over $2 billion across its creator community since.
Who holds the account login at Creators Inc?
Not published. The words "login" and "password" do not appear on their management, apply, terms or privacy pages. The nearest sentence is in their FAQ: "Access, responsibilities and approval points are discussed before work begins." Ask specifically who holds the password and the two-factor device day to day, and what happens to access on the day the agreement ends.
Does either agency require a long-term contract?
We do not: no minimum term and no notice period, you can leave any time, effective immediately. Creators Inc does not publish a minimum term or a notice period on the pages we read. It will be in the agreement. Read that clause before anything else.

Correction, 11 September 2026. An earlier version of this page, published the same morning from search summaries, said that Creators Inc's pages state creators keep control of their logins, and gave staff and creator counts of 700 and 400. A direct read of their pages found no sentence about logins and no such counts. Both removed the same day. It is the kind of mistake this site exists to avoid, so it is noted here rather than quietly edited.
