  1. Helge reads it. The same day you get an email from him. If the answer is no, it comes with the reasons. Roughly 95% of applications end here, and we would rather say so early than string you along.
  2. A call, if it makes sense. 30 minutes, no pitch script. We look at your account and tell you specifically what we would do differently in the first 30 days. If we cannot name specifics, do not hire us.
  3. Everything in writing. Commission, scope, exit terms, all of it, to read on your own time. Nobody signs anything on the call.
  4. You decide. Not us, and not under pressure. No notice period and no minimum term apply from the first day, so even a yes is not a trap.
